Buffer for genetic analyzers series 3500 «BUFFER-CE Cathode»

The cathode buffer is represented by ready-made working 1X solutions for capillary electrophoresis using genetic analyzers Applied Biosystems 3500 Genetic Analyzer and Applied Biosystems 3500xl Genetic Analyzer.
The kit contains «Buffer-CE Cathode A» and «Buffer-CE Cathode B» to fill two separate compartments of the instrument’s original cathode cartridge. «Buffer-CE Cathode A» provides the process of capillary electrophoresis, «Buffer-CE Cathode B» flushes the capillary and collects the spent polymer between injections.
To fill the cartridge, 45 ml of the solution (1 bottle) «Buffer-CE Cathode A» is transferred to the left compartment and 45 ml (1 bottle) of the solution «Buffer-CE Cathode B» to the right compartment of the container. The introduction of solutions into the cartridge is recommended to be carried out using a disposable medical syringe in sequence «Buffer-CE Cathode A», «Buffer-CE Cathode B».
The kit is designed for four cycles of replacing the cathode buffer in the device.
On request, the kit can include RFID tags on an adhesive backing for reading information by software: 3500 Series HID Data Collection Software v1.0, 3500 Series HID Data Collection Software v3.1, 3500 Series HID Data Collection Software v4.0
Remaining shelf life on delivery: at least 6 months.
