AMGENE-4 polymer for 3500 series genetic analyzers
AMGENE-4 polymer is a high-tech polymer matrix for fragment analysis and sequencing, optimized for forensic DNA analysis. In terms of its viscosity and resolution characteristics, it is fully comparable to POP4 polymer (Applied Biosystems).
AMGENE-4 polymer works on standard protocols and settings of genetic analyzers with a capillary assembly length of 36 cm and is fully compatible with Applied Biosystems 3500 Genetic Analyzer and Applied Biosystems 3500xl Genetic Analyzer systems.
The polymer is supplied in a specialized package/bag for 960 reactions with a radio frequency (RFID) tag for reading information by software: 3500 Series HID Data Collection Software v1.0, 3500 Series HID Data Collection Software v3.1, 3500 Series HID Data Collection Software v4. 0.
Residual shelf life at delivery: at least 10 months.
Storage conditions: 2−8оС.
