Polymer «AMGENE-4» for genetic analyzers
AMGENE-4 polymer is a high-tech polymer matrix for fragment analysis and sequencing, optimized for forensic DNA analysis. In terms of its viscosity and resolution characteristics, it is fully comparable to POP4 polymer (Applied Biosystems).
AMGENE-4 polymer works on standard protocols and settings of genetic analyzers with a capillary assembly length of 36 cm and is fully compatible with Applied Biosystems 3130 Genetic Analyzer and Applied Biosystems 3130xl Genetic Analyzer, Honor-1616/1816 Genetic Analyzer systems.
Resin volume: 3.5 ml (for analysis of 384 samples) and supplied in a dedicated instrument vial.
Residual shelf life at delivery: at least 10 months.
Storage conditions: 2−8оС.
